You will also find the delivery time in our order confirmation.

For EP- (Ph.Eur./EDQM), ICRS-, ISA- and BP- (HMRA) longer delivery times may occur in exceptional cases. In these cases Eurofins PHAST GmbH has no possibility to influence the duration of the delivery time and is obliged to accept the reference standards. In these cases, an extended delivery time does not constitute a reason for cancellation of the order and will not be accepted by Eurofins PHAST GmbH.

Any liability for extended delivery times caused by the manufacturer, force majeure such as natural disasters or strikes is excluded.

Purchase Obligation / Revocation Clause

The execution of the service ordered by the customer for the delivery of reference standards is always based on the General Terms and Conditions of Eurofins PHAST GmbH, which can be viewed at www.reference-standards.com und www.eurofins.de/phast.

The delivery agreement for Reference Standards concluded with Eurofins PHAST GmbH is a sales contract between merchants. In case of non-acceptance or cancellation of the order, we reserve the right to claim damages. By accepting the offer or placing the order, German law is deemed to be accepted and agreed. This also applies to the sale of Reference Standards abroad.
