Christmas closures USP and Ph. Eur. / EDQM

Please note the following information

Fulfillment of reference standard orders at the turn of the year

USP

• With the exception of cold shipment articles, we can continue to deliver orders for USP reference standards within the usual delivery time (5-8 working days).
• Orders for USP Cold Shipment reference standards after December 13, 2024 are expected to be shipped on January 6, 2025.

EDQM / EP / Ph. Eur.

• Orders for EP / EDQM reference standards after December 13, 2024 (EOB) are expected to be shipped in the 2nd calendar week of 2025.

When placing your order, please also inform us whether your goods receiving department may be closed at Christmas / turn of the year and cannot accept deliveries during this time.
